1. Refund Timeframe
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at purelypampered.ia@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility is based on the condition of the product as follows:

Full Refund: To qualify for a full refund, products must be sealed and unused. Items that are returned in this condition will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.

Partial Refund: If the product has been opened but shows minimal use, a partial refund may be issued. Products that have been opened and used with only a small amount consumed (less than 25% of the product) will be eligible for a partial refund.

No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for products that have been opened and used extensively (more than 25% of the product consumed). Additionally, any products that are returned without their original packaging or in a damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
